I am furious, my hands are shaking just typing this.
I found out that I would not be getting my NFL Tickets, after that shock - knowing I had hotel reservations, airline tickets, plans to see family while in town I was livid. I was taking my two sons to their first NFL game and while in town they were going to see their grandparents whom they have not seen in 3 years. After all this, I at least wanted assurance that i would be getting a refund right away so i can attempt to buy other tickets and guess what i was told!?!?!? "it may take at least 30 days to process your refund" Are you kidding me? I could barely tell my husband and two boys. They were upset, my husband enraged! I will never ever buy from these *** jerks again! I am now looking for alternative tickets and of course the price has went way up! PLEASE if anyone has suggestions on what I should or could do please let me know. My husband wants to go a different route but I know there has got to be a better way!
